Using New Hope Pastoral Ministries for additional pastoral support can be a great benefit to a congregation. Many churches cannot afford to hire an experienced, trained full time person to provide additional pastoral care for the congregation. If they hire a full time person there are added costs for medical insurance, disability insurance, life insurance, paid vacations, book allowances, professional business expenses, retirement, etc. Even hiring a regular part time pastor can stretch a church’s budget. However a part time addition to your staff using our pastor can provide a variety of pastoral care services at a significantly reduced cost. New Hope offers the flexibility of on call ministry for only a couple of hours per week, or for more hours per week for counseling, visitation and the like. No two weeks need to be the same.
