The following services are provided at no charge as long as time and resources allow:
- Who pastors pastors and their families? New Hope has had the privilege of pastoring pastors and their families since 1992. New Hope may be able to help pastor you and yours.
- You know that you need a confidential pastor / coach with whom you can talk freely. New Hope can be that confidential pastor and provide that safe space.
- You know that you need a confidential pastor who can and will pray for you. New Hope loves to pray for pastors and their families.
- You may need to talk to someone about the stress and time demands of ministry. We listen well and can coach you for future growth and development.
- You may need to talk to someone about burnout problems. We’ve gone through it and survived and thrived.
- You may need someone to talk to about problems with difficult members.
- You may need someone to talk to about problems with Elders, Deacons and other officers. We can coach you as you walk through difficult landmines.
- You may need to talk with someone about distress in your marriage. You can love your wife / husband and still be effective in ministry. Your marriage does not have to be a casualty of your serving Christ’s church.
- You may need someone to talk to about a besetting sIn. You can talk with us in a very safe space and get the confidential help that you need.
- You may need to talk to someone about transition issues. Is it time to leave? How can I wisely talk with churches about a new position? What questions should I ask them. What questions should they ask me? We can help you avoid a theological and practical mismatch that can result in disaster from a human perspective.
